Michelle Mary ‘Mickey’ Brady, 56, of Methuen, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. She was the beloved daughter of the Richard Brady Sr. of Dracut and the late Dianne (Rawnsely) Goldthwaite.
Born November 22, 1964, in Lowell, she was raised and educated in Lowell and then attended Newbury College, attaining an Associates Degree in Accounting.
She made her home Lowell for most of her life, then resided in Dracut and Hudson, until seven years ago when she moved to Methuen. She loved arts and crafts, the beach, and animals, especially her dog and her cats. She also enjoyed shopping, music, especially live band performances. She will be remembered as being a very loving and generous person by all who knew her. Above all she cherished the time she spent with her grand daughter Sophia.
She worked for the City of Lowell for over thirty years, for many years with the Department of Public Works and retired as the Office Manager for the Department of Public Works this past February.
Besides her father, Richard, her survivors include her daughter, Amy Silva and her husband, Andy, of Derry, NH; her beloved grand daughter, Sophia Silva of Derry, NH; her sisters, Dianne Flint and her husband, Erik, of New Boston, NH, and Kathleen Brady of Vista, CA; her brother, Richard Brady Jr., and his wife, Dawn, of Dracut; her best friend, Patricia Brady of Midlothian, VA; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
