WORCESTER-Marguerite M. (Donahue) Shea, 88, died Friday, March 24th in the St. Francis Home. She leaves 2 sons, James E. Shea of Hudson and Arthur D. Shea of Marblehead, 2 daughters, Madeline A. Shea and Judith M. Fogarty both of Worcester, a brother, John C. Donahue of Brewster and Florida, 8 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and nephews and nieces. A brother Edward P. Donahue and a sister Helen R. Donahue predeceased her.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of John M. and Julia T. (Murphy) Donahue. Mrs. Shea was a graduate of Commerce High School and had been employed as a sales clerk for the former Zayre Department Store retiring in 1973. She was a former member of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee.
The funeral is Monday, March 27th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 5 Spaulding Street. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
