Dear daughter of the late Philius Sr. and Marie-Rose Celina (Napoleon) Bernard. Beloved wife of Dagenor Exantus. Devoted mother of Cynthia Joseph, Marie Dagena Exantus, Marie Magdaline Exantus, Wilzor Exantus and the late Nedghy Joseph. Caring sister of Marime, Elsie, Chantal, Bernadette, Philius Jr., Philippe Sr., and the late Kenol and Pierre (Joachin). Cherished grandmother of Amari, Keila, Reyana, Reynaldi, Nikoles, Annastasia, Shella, Lawrence, Issac and Joanna. Loving great-grandmother of Iziah.
In compliance with COVID-19 guidelines set forth by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Mass of Christian burial will be held for Ouilmene and her daughter Nedghy on Friday, April 16th at St. Angela’s-Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 1548 Blue Hill Ave., Mattapan at 11:30 AM. Interment in St. Michaels’ Cemetery, Roslindale. Relative and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours will be held in the Joseph Russo Funeral Home, 814 American Legion Hwy, Roslindale, on Friday, April 16 from 9:00 – 11:00 AM, prior to the Mass.

• All visitors (including the family) have a restriction of (60) sixty guests allowed in the funeral home at one time.
• All visitors must always wear a MASK in the funeral home and on the funeral home property.
• All visitors will follow SAFE DISTANCING (recommendation of (6) six feet)
• All visitors may pause at the Casket/Urn and then EXIT the funeral home.
• All visitors will be able to greet family members from a safe distance but not able to touch.
• All visitors when returning to their cars will please exit the property to allow others to enter.
