DARTMOUTH… Armand E. Garant, 83 of Dartmouth passed away April 8, 2021 at Country Gardens Health and Rehabilitation in Swansea.
He was the husband of Annette R. (Pariseau) Garant.
Born in Fall River, he was a son of the late Ovila and Marie A. “Angie” (St. Pierre) Garant.
Mr. Garant had worked all his life as a truck driver. Along with working on his trucks, he had enjoyed going to auctions and spending time with his family.
Along with his wife, survivors include his son: David Garant and his wife Danielle of Ocala, FL; 4 grandchildren: Whitney Tuttle of Westport, Breanne Calzada of Johnston, RI, Ryan Vadeboncoeur of TN and Crystal Ayule of TN; 9 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Rene Garant.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 9 AM from the South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River, MA 02723 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at St. George Church, Highland Ave. Westport. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be held Monday from 1 – 3 PM.
