FALL RIVER - William J. Letendre Jr., age 78, of residence 137 Lawton St. Fall River, died Friday in Fall River at St. Anne’s Hospital. He was the husband of Angelina ( Soares ) Letendre of Fall River. He is survived by 1 Son: William J. Letendre III of Mansfield, MA, 1 Daughter: Pamela Rodrigues of Swansea, 1 Sister: Constance Theroux of Falmouth, 5 Grandchildren, and Several Nieces and Nephews.
Born in Fall River, the son of the late William J. Letendre Sr. and the late Imelda (Tache) Letendre. He was a life long resident of Fall River. Before retiring, he was the Head Custodian at B.M.C. Durfee High School for 15 years. He was a member of Holy Trinity Church.
His Funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 North Main Street on Tuesday at 8:30 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass in Holy Trinity Church, Stafford Rd. at 10:00 A.M. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. At the request of the family, CALLING HOURS ARE OMITTED
