Leanne Jolicoeur, 47

Dateline: Mansfield, MA

Leanne (Sullivan) Jolicoeur, age 47, of Norton, formerly of Foxborough, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family and dear friends, on Wednesday, April 7, 2021. She was the loving and devoted mother of Maxwell and Nicolas Jolicoeur.

Born in Dorchester, MA on October 16, 1973, she was a loving daughter of Ronald M. Sullivan, Sr. and his wife Cathy of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire and Patricia A. (Sciaraffa) Jolicoeur of Wareham.

Leanne grew up in Abington and was a 1991 graduate of Abington High School. She futured her studies and graduated with a degree in Respiratory Therapy from Massasoit Community College in Brockton.

For the past four years, Leanne was the Director of Respiratory Care at the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital in Boston, a job she truly loved. She had made her home in Norton for the past five years and formerly resided in Foxborough.

Leanne’s life was centered around her twin sons Maxwell and Nicolas, who were truly the apple of her eye. She also loved, ever so dearly, her pet Husky’s “Stormy” and “Sago” and the late “Monty”, who recently passed away and her cherished friends, who were there by her side till the end.

Leanne also enjoyed target shooting, kayaking, camping, painting, biking, proudly walking her dogs and especially being a major part of her sons lives.

In addition to her sons and parents, she was the sister of Lisa Marie Sharky of Boston and Ronald M. Sullivan, Jr. of Marion. She was the former wife of Jason Jolicoeur of North Attleboro and is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins and many-many close friends.

Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours on Saturday, April 17th from 3:00-5:00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main St., Mansfield.

A service, in celebration of her life, will be held on Saturday at the conclusion of visitation at 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, Leanne’s family has requested that contributions in her memory be made to the Jolicoeur Children’s Educational Fund, care of Bluestone Bank, P.O. Box 369, Norton, MA 02766.
