DARTMOUTH… Maria (Segarra) Lozano, 75, of Dartmouth passed away April 1, 2021 at St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford.
She was the loving wife of Samuel Lozano to whom she was married for 55 years.
Born in Juncos, Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Felipe Segarra and Agueda Diaz.
Mrs. Lozano had enjoyed watching movies, spending time with the family & singing. Her most favorite thing was butterflies.
Along with her husband, survivors include her children: Edgardo Lozano of New Hampshire, Jeremias Lozano of Bridgewater and Samuel Lozano, Jr. of Fall River; her grandchildren: Alexis Lozano, Zoey Lozano, Izayah Lozano, Xzaver Lozano, Elaynah Lozano, Joziah Lozano, Gabryel Lozano and Jayanna Lozano; a sister; 3 brothers; many nieces and nephews. She was the grandmother of the late Izmile David Lozano.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Friday, April 9, 2021 at 11 AM at South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River, MA 02723. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be held Friday from 9 – 11 AM, prior to the service.
