FEDERICO, David Michael 54, of Needham passed away peacefully on March 26, 2021. Beloved Son of Armando and Ida Federico of Needham, Brother of Richard and wife Madeline, Maria D'Errico (Federico) and her husband Tom, Mark Federico, and Linda Federico. Loving Uncle of Julia D’Errico, Christina D’Errico, David D’Errico and Richard A. Federico. Nephew of Flora Federico, Joe Federico (deceased), Gino Federico, Mario and Dora Federico, Gerda and Jurgen Heyer of Germany, and numerous cousins.
David was born on August 15, 1966 in Boston and moved to Needham in 1970. After graduating Needham High School in 1984, David attended Northeastern University College of Engineering. He was an auto dealer, restaurant owner, and home developer. His passions included cooking, skiing, and collecting classic cars. He enjoyed life to the fullest, never lacking words of wisdom, had a smile that would light up the room and was always the life of the party. He was a true friend and will surely be missed by all who knew him and crossed his path.
Visitation at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 1305 Highland Ave., NEEDHAM, on Monday, April 5 from 8:30-9:30 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM at St. Bartholomew Parish, 1180 Greendale Ave., Needham (Due to Covid restrictions attendance at Mass is limited to approximately 60 people). Burial will follow at Newton Cemetery. Please remember David in your thoughts and prayers.
