Ellen M. Rust of Whitman, Massachusetts passed away early Monday morning, March 29, 2021 at South Shore Hospital after suffering complications from a heart attack at the age of 69.
She was born in Quincy, Massachusetts on January 24, 1952 the daughter of the late John and Barbra DeChambeau.
She graduated from Whitman-Hanson High School, Class of 1970, and she was a long-time medical secretary for a local pediatrician.
Ellen enjoyed spending time with friends and family, loved to sing and dance and was an amazing mother. She was incredibly caring and loving, and poured her entire life into her family and children.
Ellen was the wife of George M. Rust of Hanson, Massachusetts for 39 years. She was the sister of Greg DeChambeau, Beverly (DeChambeau) Perkins, Lynne (DeChambeau) Kudtacik and Paul DeChambeau. She also left behind her two children, Derek Rust of Marathon, FL, and Jessica Rust of Canyon Country, CA.
Services will be private and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
