Obituary

LOWELL: Catherine L. (Shilensky)(Piper) Hingey, age 42, a resident of the Belvidere area of Lowell, died unexpectedly on Sunday, March 19, 2006 in Brea, California.
She was the wife of Joseph H. Hingey, II.
Born in Lowell on August 23, 1963, she was the daughter of the late Bessie “Pappas”(Pappaconstantinou) Shilensky and Stanley J. Shilensky, who survives her of Lowell.
Mrs. Hingey was raised in Tewksbury.
She attended Tewksbury schools and graduated from Tewksbury Memorial High School in 1981.
In 1987, Mrs. Hingey graduated with honors from the Greater Lowell Vocational School Nursing Program.
She was employed for 10 years as a L.P.N. by the Emerson Hospital in Concord.
Mrs. Hingey was a communicant of St. William’s Church of Tewksbury.
She enjoyed gardening and spending time with children, family and friends.
In addition to her husband and father, she is survived by two sons; Ethan J. Piper and his father Damon of Townsend and Michael J. Evans, Jr. and his father Michael J. Evans, Sr. of Londonderry, NH; two sisters; Cynthia E. Shilensky and Stephanie Shilensky and her boy friend John Young all of Lowell; also many aunts, uncles, cousins, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
Mrs. Hingey was the sister of the late Deborah A. Carney.
Calling hours Saturday, March 25th, 9- 11 a.m., at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. at St. William’s Church, 1351 Main St., Rte. 38, Tewksbury. Graveside services Wednesday, March 29th, 10 a.m., at St. Mary Cemetery, River Road, Tewksbury. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michael J.
