Obituary

PARSONSFIELD- William H. Anderson, 97, of Parsonsfield, Maine passed away on Saturday
March 13, quietly and peacefully at his home after years of declining health with his loving
wife at his side
Our William entered the world on November 6th, 1923, courtesy of his late parents, William
Henry Anderson Sr. and Beatrice (Burton) Anderson of Peabody, MA.
He is survived by his wife of 41 yrs, Marjorie, and his 3 children, William and wife Joanne,
Elaine M. Moore and husband, Keith, and Robert E. Anderson and wife Anne. 3 step-children,
Daniel E. Titus and wife, Gisela, Kenneth Titus and wife, Theresa, Gary W. Titus and wife,
Margaret.
Bill was predeceased in death by his first wife and mother of his 3 children, Helen Anderson,
of South Berwick, ME, and his 4 brothers, Donald, Robert, Eliot, and Ralph Anderson, and 1
sister, Gladys Runlett. He is survived by sisters, Eleanor Waring, Groveland. MA, and Ruth
LeBrun, of Peabody, MA. He left behind many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces,
nephews and friends.
In 1943, he joined his 3 brothers in the military and served in the Army Airwing in Radar
Bombardment until his honorable discharge in 1946. Then he continued his lifelong occupation
in the building trade.
Bill approached life with an unwavering faith in his instincts and the courage to live each day
as he thought best.
His loves were birds and horses that he raised on the farm, he built in Wolfeboro, NH, hunting
with his brothers and nephews, horseback riding, and his large family and friends.
We love our William with all our hearts and we will miss him.

A graveside service will be hold on Friday May 21 at 1 PM at Prospect Cemetery in Epping, NH with military honors.
