SOMERSET - Lillian Reese King, age 102, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2021 at Clifton Rehabilitation Center. She was the beloved wife of the late John W. King Jr. and former wife of Myron E. Reese. Born in Swansea, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Anna (Benevides) Jacome. Lillian was the owner of Hornbine Acres Clam Bakes in Rehoboth. She was also a member of Drum and Bugle Corp.
Lillian was devoted to her 4 children the late Myron E. Reese, Jr. of Warren, RI, Edward Reese of Dighton, Susan Silva of Dighton and Betty-Ann Consigli of Hopedale, MA; grandmother of Cheryl, David, Danielle, Taylor, Steven and Kim; great-grandmother of Kassandra, Zachary, Brielle, Reese and David. She was predeceased by her siblings Gloria Medeiros, Dorothy Ducy, Mary Resendes, Annie Pate, Manuel Jacome Jr. and Janice Resendes.
Her calling hours will take place in the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Sunday, March 14th from 2-4 P.M. Private burial.
