Obituary

Allyson L. Misenti, a resident of Derry, New Hampshire, passed away at the Parkland Medical Center on Thursday, March 4, 2021. She was 69 years old.

Born in Stoneham, Massachusetts, on June 12, 1951, she was the beloved daughter of the late Norman and Beverly (Peterson) Comeau. Allyson was a graduate of Norther Essex College and was employed as a Visiting Nurse for the Winchester Visiting Nurses. In her spare time she enjoyed making crafts, camping, and canoeing. She also enjoyed working and had a special love for her cat Moody. Above all, she was a devoted mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed.

Allyson is survived by her daughters; Allyson Misenti and her husband John Burleigh of Derry and Julie and her husband Douglas Hall of Plaistow, daughter-in-law; Nora Mitchell Misenti of Newport News, Virginia, siblings; Bruce and his wife Michelle Comeau of Tewksbury and Corrine Comeau of Hampton, grandchildren; Briana and Zachary Lumb, Stephen Misenti, Jessie Hall, Megan Misenti, and Alana Misenti-Driscoll, and several nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Peter Misenti and sister of the late Scott Daniels.

Her funeral service will be celebrated in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main St., Andover on Friday, March 12, 2021, at 5 PM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Calling hours will be held on Friday, prior to the service, from 2 to 5 PM. Interment will be private.
