
TEWKSBURY - Walter “Paul” Howe Jr., a longtime Tewksbury resident, passed away at the Blaire House of Tewksbury on March 4. He was the husband of his childhood sweetheart Dianne Howe for 50 years. He was the son of the late, Walter and Gertrude (Hill) Howe Sr..
Walter was born on November 28, 1946, in Somerville. He was raised and educated in Somerville attending Somerville High School and Mass Bay Community College with a business degree. After college he enlisted in the US Army, during the Vietnam conflict, and was honorably discharged. Walter worked at Drum Hill Ford as a security guard before retiring to spend time with his family.
Walter was a very big sports fan and enjoyed the Red Sox and Patriots he also was avid golfer. His favorite pastime was spending time with his family and he also enjoy traveling.
Walter is survived by his loving wife, Dianne, his two daughters, Shari Howe of Tewksbury, MA, and Dori Howe also of Tewksbury, MA, his four grandchildren Alesha Landry and Henry, Tyler Ward, Colby Ward and Bailey Simao of Tewksbury, MA, his great grand daughter, Audrey Landry, his loving, brother David Howe of Revere, MA.

ON THURSDAY, MARCH 11, 2021 AT THE TEWKSBURY FUNERAL HOME, 1 DEWEY STREET, TEWKSBURY, MA 978-851-2061. HIS FUNERAL SERVICE WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE FUNERAL HOME AFTER AT 11A.M. FOLLOWED BY BURIAL AT PURITAN LAWN CEMETERY IN PEABODY.
