Laurie Jill (MacQuesten) Douillette
LOWELL Laurie Jill (MacQuesten) Douillette, 63 of Lowell, passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021 at Wakefield Center Nursing Home. She was born on January 9, 1958 in Lowell and was a daughter of the late Roy MacQuesten and the late Marion (Haight) MacQuesten. She was raised in Lowell, where she attended the area schools, graduating from the Voke.
In her younger days, she liked to sing in the choir at Calvary Baptist Church, and enjoyed bowling and was on a bowling team.
She is survived by her companion of 30 years, Michael Gibb of Lowell; her son, Derrick Douillette and his girlfriend, Ann Snow of Lowell; and her daughter, Tia MacQuesten of Pittsfield, MA; her brothers & sisters, Gail Sarmento of Lowell, Scott MacQuesten and his wife, Donna of Londonerry, NH, and Bruce MacQuesten of Methuen, MA; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her sister, the late Linda Pedersen.
