DeSTEFANO David J. Jr. of Dedham, formerly of Somerville, passed away on February 21, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Susanna (Flores) DeStefano. Devoted dad of Lindsay Galvez and her husband Jonathan of Dedham, and Kerri Torres and her wife Katherine of Norwood, and the late Susan Consentino. Loving grandfather of Thomas, Maddalaina, Dante, Jordan, Aaliyah, Isabelle, Evangelina, Gabrielaina, Evan, Everlee, and Ofelia. Great-grandfather of Connor and Mckinley and soon to be Aaron Jackson. Brother of Jeanie Barron of Billerica. Uncle of John and Marcy. David was a 44 year employee of Boston Gas.
Visiting hours will be held at the P.E. Murray - F.J. Higgins, George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home 2000 Centre St. West Roxbury on Thursday, February 25th from 10am - 12Noon. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Please follow all covid-19 guidelines. A private funeral service will follow. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
