LACONIA--- Marie Geraldine Miller, 70, of Siesta Lane, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021, at Lakes Region General Hospital.
Marie was born on January 21, 1951, in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of Gennaro and Maria (Calafuni) Grimaldi.
Marie was employed by the Federal Aviation Administration in NY for 39 years. Upon retirement, she was employed by Lockheed Martin for 2 additional years. After moving to NH, she worked as an administrative secretary for the Department of Health and Human Services.
Marie loved connecting with family and friends on Facebook. She enjoyed helping people however she could, and was a mentor for Weight Watchers and many Bulldog groups. Moving to NH was a dream turned reality. She loved the mountains, lakes and wildlife, and enjoyed everything outdoors, from feeding the birds to being out on the lake.
She had just celebrated her 70th birthday, and her 49th wedding anniversary. Marie and her husband Tom did everything together. She loved cooking for him and sight-seeing. Her other passion was for her bulldogs, who were always by her side.
Marie is survived by her loving husband, Tom Miller, of Laconia, her daughters Laurene and Alicia of NY, and her sister, Louise of NY.
She touched the hearts of all those who knew her.
