Dixie Lee (Keesey) Aldrich, 83, of Anderson, died at Ascension St. Vincent Anderson after a brief illness.
She was born August 13, 1937, in Marion, IN, the daughter of Donald and Ruth (Moore) Keesey. She was a day care provider for 25 years and a legal secretary before retiring in 2010. She attended Madison Park Church of God.
Dixie is survived by her husband, James Aldrich of Anderson whom she married August 24, 1990 in Spartanburg, South Carolina; two daughters, Lisa (Howard) Waite of Augusta, Michigan and Angie (Michael) Bays O'Gieblyn of Boca Raton, Florida; several stepchildren; grandsons, Adam (fiancée Jackie Weber) Waite, Ryan James O'Gieblyn; and two nieces.
Dixie was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Connie Brane.
Private Memorial service will be held.
