LOWELL Lucille D. (Dunshee) Robichaud, 93 of Lowell, passed away after a brief illness at D’Youville Senior Healthcare on Monday, February 15, 2021.
She was born on December 6, 1927 in Brattleboro, VT and was the daughter of the late Rollin Dunshee and the late Bertha (Perkins) (Dunshee) Copeland. She was predeceased by her siblings, the late Marlin Dunshee, the late Warren Dunshee, the late Donald Dunshee, and the late Eunice 'Bunny' Connors. She was raised in Vermont where she attended the area schools. She relocated to Lowell where she resided for the last 60 years.
Lucille was employed as a laborer at various shoe shops and electronic companies throughout the area. She was also a waitress at several restaurants. In her younger days, she enjoyed bowling, more recently she loved crossword puzzles, gardening, and animals, especially cats.
She is survived by her daughter, June Fleming and her former husband, (Bucky) of Lowell; her son, Bob Ellis of Atlanta, GA; her granddaughter, Chole Ellis of Nashville, TN; her sister, Bernice Cameron and her husband, Phillip of Phillipston, MA; her brother, Dwight Dunshee and his wife, Lynda of West Swanzey, NH; and numerous nieces and nephews.
