Peter A. Noel, 40-year resident of Windham, NH passed away on February 14, 2021 at home with his wife, Linda, at his side. Born April 1, 1945 in Lowell. MA to the late Joseph A. and Florence Lacroix Noel.
Peter graduated from Westford Academy in 1963 and shortly after joined the Army, serving our country in Vietnam. Upon his honorary discharge, began his education at Lowell Technological College now UMass Lowell and graduated with a degree in Plastic Engineering. Peter spent many years in the Plastic field in the New England area. Peter treasured the years he spent growing up in the Graniteville section of Westford and all the friends and teammates he played baseball within the well-known River Street ballfield.
Surviving Peter are his wife, Linda MacDonald Noel, son, Peter J. Noel of Windham. His sister, Diane Noel Smith, husband Robert M. Smith of Brewster, Cape Cod, his nieces, Karen A. Smith, her husband, Manny Alves of Hudson, MA, Susan M. Walsh, her husband, David Walsh of Litchfield, NH. Along with his grandniece, Samantha Walsh and grandnephew, Michael Walsh, both of Litchfield, NH. Peter is also survived by many cousins in the area and also Paul Milot and his wife, Anne-Marie in Texas.
Following cremation there are no services. The Peabody Funeral Home & Crematorium is assisting the family with arrangements.
