Mary E. (Drobot) McKenna, age 102, passed away on Feb. 8, 2021 from the Willimansett Center West Nursing Home. She was born on March 21, 1918 in Cambridge, MA, a daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Ledoux) Drobot. Mary worked as a secretary for Baytate Medical Center for many years before she retired. She was an active member of the Chicopee Senior Center and enjoyed performing in their talent shows as a singer. She also enjoyed to read and write. She would especially like to write letters to many dignitaries. She is predeceased by her first husband Frances McKenna; her brother John Drobot and two sisters, Barbara Chapdelaine and Irene Laflesh She is survived by her daughter Elizabeth T. Cignoli of Agawam; her sister Helen Omer of FL; 3 beloved grandchildren, Donna Parez , Michael Cignoli and Marybeth Isaacs; 2 great grandchildren, Sasha and Danielle and 4 great great grandchildren, Rudy, Sawyer, Sadie and Rori. She also leaves many nieces and nephews. All services will be held at a later date after COVID-19 Restrictions have been lifted.
