Linda M. (Merrick) Rand 40, of Halifax, Massachusetts passed away at home on February 5, 2021.
Born in Weymouth, MA on February 21, 1980, daughter of Lynn M. Merrick and Clayton (Skip) M. Merrick III, graduated from Silver Lake High School, Class of 1998. She attended cosmetology school and eventually built a home in Halifax with her husband Alan Rand.
Linda was a former member of Plymouth Assembly #86 International Order of Rainbow for Girls. She thoroughly enjoyed her job and all of the truck drivers she met. Linda had a love for Nascar Racing, attending races with her nephew, Dylan, whenever she could. She also adored her dog, Peaches, very much. And she loved New Hampshire!
She is survived by her parents Skip and Lynn Merrick, grandmothers Barbara Merrick and Lois Hanson, brother John Merrick, nephew Dylan Merrick, cousins John Hanson Machado, Ashley Brainard, Melissa Cartolano, Diana Hiamadi and many Aunts and Uncles.
