OLD ORCHARD BEACH – Peter G. Harmon, age 66, passed away on February 8, 2021 at Gosnell House after a brief, but courageous, battle with cancer.
He was born in Portland, the son of the late Silas and Geraldine Harmon. Peter graduated from Bonny Eagle High School and went on to become a Master Plumber and Boiler Operator.
Pete enjoyed fishing, boating, backyard fires and spending time with his grandchildren.
Pete is pre-deceased by his late wife- Camella. He is survived by his children- Trevor Harmon, Ryan Harmon, Glenn Johnson, Kimberly Beaudoin and her husband Mark; grandchildren- Ethan, Jaxsen, Eldon, Maddison, Kyrstin & Mason.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 13th at 11 am at the Chad F. Poitras Cremation and Funeral Service Chapel, 498 Long Plains Road (Rt. 22) in Buxton. Please be mindful of COVID restrictions and mask wearing. Burial will follow at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Southern Maine, 390 US Rt 1, Scarborough, ME 04074 for their support and comfort of Pete in his final weeks.
