BALDWIN- At the age of 82, Elaine R. Willard passed away at 4:30 PM on February 3, 2021 to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Elaine was born on June 2, 1938 in Portland, Maine, daughter of Fred Robbins and Lillian (Douglas) Robbins.
She was raised in North Baldwin, Maine and graduated from Potter Academy in 1957 where she was in the Glee Club, Home Economics Club and Yearbook Staff. She also graduated from Farmington State College in 1961 with a BS in Home Economics.
Elaine was a church member of the East Parsonsfield Baptist Church, Hilltop Baptist Church and the North Baldwin Baptist Church where she had over 54 years of service to God in her music ministry.
Her hobbies included knitting hats and mittens for which she donated to charity and crochet lap robes which she made for nursing home patients.
She is predeceased by her husband Roger Willard.
She is survived by Steve Willard of Baldwin, Maine, Dan Willard and his wife Joy of Acworth, GA, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday Feb. 13 at 1 PM at the North Baldwin Baptist Church on Cram Road.
