Lorna Bernadette Pabarroo, 65, of Worcester died on Monday, February 1, 2021 in UMass Memorial-University Campus. She is survived by her children, Nicole Pabarroo of Trinidad, Natalie Pabarroo, Nadia Pabarroo, Mario Pabarroo, all of Worcester and Candice Pabarroo of Leicester; twelve grandchildren, Nicholas, Delman, Bert, Nathaniel, Nathania, Melvin, Judah, Kaola, Ezekiel, Camielove, Corinthian, Canisha and her great grand-dog Oreo; one great grandchild, Arianne; her sister Pearl McKahan of Florida and her children, Leon and Tricia; her close cousin Jennifer Sutherland and her children, Elizabeth, Anderson, Ramesh and Brandon, niece and nephew Christopher and Stephen; two great nieces and three great nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Sophie Peterson. She was born in Sangre Grande, Trinidad a daughter of Thomas Viarruel and Sylvia Pabarroo.
Ms. Pabarroo immigrated to Canada 1987 and five years later settled in the United States and married Cecil Thomas and had her family. She was known for her exceptional cooking and Trinidadian favorite Roti. Holidays were an occasion that brought her family together with her good cooking and brought with it much joy. She loved her scratch tickets and watching reality shows on television and would share the information readily.
She will be fondly missed by her family and friends. Services are private
