Donald “Butch” Pina Jr., a loving father and grandpa, passed on January 19, 2021.
A resident of Marshfield, MA Mr. Pina was born on July 23, 1953 to the late Pauline and Donald “Dodo” Pina.
Butch was a retired Massachusetts State Police Trooper who graduated from Whitman-Hanson and Fisher College.
Mr. Pina was a loving, outgoing, and very generous man whose personality was infectious. He loved weekends with his granddaughter and spending time with his daughters. Mr. Pina was a United States Army Special Forces Veteran who made an impact on everyone he met.
He is survived by his daughters Brandy and Mia, his late daughter Courtney, stepson JC, grandchildren Bobby and Amelia, and sisters Donna and Kathleen.
Visiting hours for Butch will be held at the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) on Monday January 25, 2021 from 5-7 PM with a private burial service to follow on January 26, 2021 in the Fern Hill Cemetery.
