Doris Virginia (Buzzell) Chadwick, 85 years of age passed away Wednesday, March 8th, 2006 after a long illness. Doris was the wife of the late Roland Densmore Chadwick and a proud graduate of Pinkerton Academy: class of '39, Derry Village, N.H. Doris was a member of the First Baptist Church of Derry and Senior Friends. Doris, with her late husband Roland, was an avid collector of American treasures and a long time employee of Shamrock Cleaners.
Doris leaves behind her daughter, Beth; two grandchildren, Mikey Guy and Violet Elizabeth Kasser and her beloved son-in-law, I. Michael Kasser and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 8th at 1:00pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, N.H. Visitation will begin at 12:00 noon until the time of the service at 1:00 pm. The burial will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery in East Derry. A luncheon will follow for all at Doris's Londonderry residence. In lieu of flowers please send contributions in memory of Doris Chadwick to Pinkerton Academy, 5 Pinkerton St., Derry, N.H. 03038.
