Parsonsfield - Robert Edward Goudreau, 58, of Parsonsfield, Maine passed away January 10, 2021 after a brief and sudden illness. He was born in Manchester, New Hampshire on April 14, 1962. His family moved to Salem, NH. when he was an infant. He lived there for many years until he completed his education and met the love of his life, Catherine.
Bob had a lifelong interest in cars. This resulted in his starting the successful business Black Bear Automotive in Springvale, Maine. In addition, he enjoyed snowmobiling with his two sons and they completed many long rides in the northern woods. He was a parishioner at St. Matthew's Catholic Church in Limerick. Bob and Cathy are blessed with many friends and he will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Bob was predeceased by his parents, Bob and Cecile Goudreau of Florida. He is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Catherine Goudreau, and his 2 sons, Joseph Goudreau, and Christopher Goudreau and partner Sophia deAguilar, all of Parsonsfield. Also 3 brothers: John Goudreau of Los Angeles, CA., Thomas Goudreau of Bradenton, FL., and Charles Goudreau of Atkinson, NH.
