Mr. Raymond DeCampo, age 85, died Wednesday March 15, 2006 at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center, in Burlington after a brief illness. Ray was born in Arlington and remained a lifelong resident. He was the beloved husband of the late Rose M. (Aurilio), and the devoted son of the late Celia (Trani) & Anthony DeCampo.
Ray was an electrician by trade and taught electrical at the Somerville Vocational Trade School. He retired in 1985 after many years as a teacher at the school. Ray also enjoyed the occasional trip to the casino´s in Connecticut.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Monday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Agnes Church, 51 Medford St., Arlington at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Saturday 7-9, Sunday 2-4 & 7-9. Services will conclude with burial at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Arlington.
