In Boston, Roger Cole, Age 73, passed away unexpectedly on December 29, 2020 in St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Brighton. Roger was the husband of Elizabeth (McGowan) Cole of Taunton. He was born in Taunton, the son of the late George & Margaret McCarthy) Cole. Roger lived all his life in Taunton and was educated in Taunton schools. He served his country honorably during the Vietnam War while in the U.S Air Force. Roger worked as a supervisor for the Columbia Gas Company, retiring in 2007. He enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, traveling extensively with his loving wife, and spending time with family and friends. Roger leaves his beloved children, Timothy Cole of Taunton, Kevin Cole of Fayetteville, NC and was preceded in death by his son Eric Cole. He also leaves his grandchildren Kelsey and Reily Cole and his late brother David Cole. Burial will be in Bourne National Cemetery privately.
