Japhet Mwizerwa, 71, of Waterford Connecticut, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2020. He was born in Gikongoro, Rwanda on December 24, 1949. On July 4, 1981, he married Alphonsine Mwizerwa, who survives.
A private funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 1pm.
