LOWELL—Dorothy M. (MacKenzie) Paggi, 65 years old, a resident of Lowell, formerly of Wilmington, died Tuesday, March 14th, at Saints Memorial Medical Center.
She was born in Somerville, on December 30, 1940, a daughter of the late Gordon and Harriet (Brown) MacKenzie, and was a graduate of the Wilmington Public School System.
She had been employed as a Nurses Assistant at Mediplex, in Lowell for over 14 years.
Surviving her are her five children: James and Lisa Paggi, of Pittsfield, NH; Raymond Paggi, Jenise Paggi, Denise Boucher, and Timothy and Colleen Paggi, all of Lowell; eight grandchildren: Jonathan, Kevin, Jeffrey, Craig, Jordan, Joshua, Haley, and Wesley; five brothers: Ted MacKenzie, of Salem, NH; Roy MacKenzie, of North Reading; George, Thomas, and Bobby MacKenzie, all of Wilmington; two sisters: Jean MacKenzie, and Betty Hogan, both of California; also many nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Barbara Ahearn, and Gordon MacKenzie.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 PM on Thursday, March 16th, at the MAHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 187 Nesmith St. (Rte. 38). Her Funeral Mass to be offered Friday, March 17th, at 10 AM at the IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CHURCH. Burial in the Westlawn Cemetery.
