Sharyl Elizabeth (Brill) Gilpatrick, age 56, passed away at St Francis Hospital in Hartford surrounded by her loving family on Dec 24, 2020. She was born in Holyoke on July 7, 1964 to the late Noel and Patricia (Seward) Brill. Sharyl leaves her beloved husband Gill J. Gilpatrick of Chicopee; two sons, Fred Gilpatrick of NYC and Corey Gilpatrick of Chicopee; one daughter, Kali Gilpatrick of Chicopee; one grandson, Aiden Gilpatrick; three brothers, Noel Brill and his wife Janice of Granby, Michael Brill and his wife Liz of South Kingston, RI and Daniel Brill of SC; two sisters, Arlene Rhodes and her husband Dale of Amherst and Christy Brill of Hampden; her in laws, Ron and Simone Gilpatrick; sisters in law, Gisele and Sara Gilpatrick; brothers in law, Adam Gilpatrick and Matt Gilpatrick and his wife Katie; the Maziarz family and many nieces, nephews and cousins, Including Donna Pennell of Holyoke. She was predeceased by one sister, Doreen Rodak; her aunts Doreen Fontaine and Barbara Pienkowski, Her uncle John Seward, Her grandsons mother, Allison Donahue and very close family friend Amanda Plasse. Sharyl loved spending her time at the beach with her family and was very proud of her Irish heritage. Sharyl had a great heart and a soft soul and loved everyone she met. Visiting Hours will be held on Mon, Jan 4, 2020 from 4 to 7 pm at the Grise Funeral Home 280 Springfield St. Chicopee with a prayer service to begin at 6:30 pm. Burial will be private for the family.
