Passed away peacefully on December 15, 2020 after a short illness at Ramsey Care Center. Preceded in death by his parents, George and Amy Hooper; brother, Ted of St. Louis, MO. Survived by brother, Bob of Blaine; sisters, June Malluege and Doris Voss; dedicated supporter, Marcia Hooper; many nieces and nephews. Don was a real sports fan of football and baseball. He worked at the concessions stands at the Metrodome the last few years of its existence. In his younger years he was an avid hunter and fisherman, starting out with his brothers in St. Paul Park, MN. May he now rest is peace. A memorial service will be planned at a later date. Burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
