FRIDMAN Arkadiy of Newton, formerly of Saint Petersburg, Russia, passed away on December 20, 2020. Beloved husband of Zinaida Fridman for 57 years. Devoted father of Svetlana Rabkin and her husband Leo of Newton. Loving grandfather of Alex and Michelle. Proud great-grandfather of Grayson Rabkin.
Arkadiy was a Russian Olympic Track and Field Coach. After he arrived in the United States he worked for many years as a handyman.
A visitation will be held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home 1305 Highland Ave. Needham on Tuesday, December 22nd from 11:30am - 12:30pm. Interment will follow at Shara Tfilo Cemetery, West Roxbury.
