Claire (Poirier) Webster age 82 of Salem, NH, died Monday at the Holy Family Hospital, Methuen, MA.
She was born in Dracut, MA, where she grew up and attended schools. She was a resident of Salem for the past 58 years, formerly of Dracut.
Mrs. Webster was a homemaker. She was the longest standing member of the First Baptist church in Salem, where she was very active. She was a former Sunday school teacher, a deaconess, and very involved with the Pioneer Girls. She was also previously active with the 4-H Club. Mrs. Webster loved painting, and gardening, and will mostly be remembered as a loving & caring wife, mother, and grandmother.
She was predeceased by her husband Wilbur D. Webster Sr. She was also predeceased by 2 sons: Jeffrey & Steven Webster.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 16 at 10 Am at the First Baptist Church, 101 School St, Salem, NH. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday, March 15 from 4-8 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St, Salem, NH.
