STEEP FALLS- Ronald N. Dunsmoor, age 69, passed away peacefully on Dec. 16, 2020, at home with his family by his side.
He was born in Springfield, MA, a son of the Walter and Lorraine (Noel) Dunsmoor. He served his country in the U.S. Navy.
He retired in 2019 from Pine State Services. He was a member for years of local and national chapters of the Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Contractors Association and well respected by his colleagues.
He enjoyed fishing, golfing, working with wood, spending time with his family at home and spending time with family and friends at Forest Lake.
Besides his parents, he is predeceased by a sister- Judy Craw.
Ronald is survived by his beloved wife- Gloria Dunsmoor; children- Wayne Dunsmoor and his fiancé Tara Woodruff, and Lisa Burbank and her husband Chris Burbank Sr.; grandson- Cory McKenzie; siblings- Steve Dunsmoor, Linda Wishart, and Diane Nielsen; many nieces and nephews, friends, and extended family.
Per Ron’s request, there will be no formal services.
He had a great last day with his family around telling stories and making memories. He made the comment that “everyone should be able to be at their own funeral, it’s neat”. His final words to his family were “I love you”
