Henry J. Candelino, of Medford, formerly of Boston’s North End, died Friday at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center. He was 82.
The son of the late Joseph and Camille Candelino, Henry was born and raised in Boston’s North End. A Medford resident for the past 35 years, Henry owned Jamie’s Port O’ Call Restaurant on State St. in Boston.
He was the beloved husband of Gemma (DiIeso). He was a devoted father to Henry Candelino, Jr. and his wife Jackie of North Reading, Robert, Camille, and James Candelino all of Medford. He was a loving grandfather to Frankie and Jake. He was a dear brother of Josephine Mochi of W. Yarmouth.
Family and friends may visit Monday from 4 - 9 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford. A Funeral Mass will be offered in St. Leonard Church, Hanover St., Boston, Tuesday at 10 AM. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
