Margaret Rose (Kearsey) Quinn, 88, of New Bedford, passed away Tuesday, December 1st, 2020, peacefully with dignity surrounded with love after a brief illness.
Born in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada on September 2nd, 1932, she was the sister of the late Frank Kearsey, along with numerous other loving family members in Newfoundland, Canada.
Margaret married Thomas Quinn in Newfoundland on February 13th, 1956. They returned to the United States in 1957 and were married for 52 years.
Margaret is survived by her three daughters, Karen Hinman and her husband John of Mattapoisett, Pamela Benevides and her husband Paul, and Margaret McNulty and her husband Joseph, all of New Bedford; and six grandchildren, Thomas, Jessica, Andrew, Sarah, Chelsea, and Neil, whom she loved unconditionally.

To the McNulty family- my mother-in-law Betty for being my Mom's best friend. For my brothers-in-law and sister-in-law; Bill, Scott, and Betty- Thank you all for the help you gave, and holidays, as well as time spent seeing her every week. I love you all.
Private services will be held by her daughter and son-in-law, Joseph. Rememberances may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105; or to her daughter Margaret McNulty- 1027 Leroy Street, New Bedford, MA 02745.
