James D. Kelly, 64, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Saturday, November 14, 2020, at Dorminy Medical Center in Fitzgerald.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
Mr. Kelly was born May 3, 1956, in Adel, Georgia, to the late James Roy Kelly and the late Merle Annette Barker Pettyjohn. He was a hard worker and worked in maintenance for Berrien County Hospital. Mr. Kelly was a good soul who will be remembered as being very loving, respectful, and kind. He was a wonderful husband and father who believed in the Lord. His favorite pastime was drinking his coffee.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Linda Kelly of Fitzgerald; three sons and a daughter: Justin Kelly, Brandon & Vanessa Kelly, Tyler Kelly and Taylor Kelly, all of Fitzgerald; grandchildren: Clair Gail Kelly, Andrew Kelly, and Skylar Kelly; two brothers: Mike Kelly of Nashville and Roger Kelly of Valdosta; and two sisters: Sandra Box and Patricia Miller, both of Nashville.
