Carolyn J. (Freitas) Guimond, 78, of Swansea passed away Friday, November 13, 2020 at Somerset Ridge Center.
Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Michael and Maria (Carvalho) Freitas, she had lived in the Somerset/Swansea area for most of her life. Prior to retirement, she was a teacher's aide at the Rhode Island Gymnastic Village in East Providence. She enjoyed watching the New England Patriots every week and loved spending time with her family, especially her great nephews and niece.
Survivors include a brother: Michael S. Freitas and his companion Andrea Levinson of Swansea; a sister: Deborah D. Golz and her husband Robert of Swansea; and several nieces and nephews.
She was sister of the late Gloria Rutigliano.
