LACONIA ------ Roger Paul Dixey, 62, of Laconia, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 9, 2020, at the home of his girlfriend, Susan Sholl.
Roger was born on July 31, 1958, in Laconia, the son of Richard Dixey and Shirlee (Partridge) Dawson.
Roger worked concrete construction for many years and served with the Merchant Marines.
Roger was a member of the Rod & Gun Club in Laconia. Everyone that knew Roger loved him. He was a gentle soul.
Roger is survived by his brothers, Geoffrey Dixey and his wife Pamela of Sebring, FL, Donald Thompson of St. Cloud, FL, sisters, Cheryl Elkington and her husband Keith of Idaho Falls, ID, Cindy Seeley and her husband Rick of Middleton, VA, and Mimi White and her husband Seely of AZ. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Roger was predeceased by his parents and brother Arthur Dixey.
There will be no calling hours.
Roger will be reunited in Idaho Falls with his mother.
