Martha “Mamo” Hickey of Quincy MA passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, on Monday November 9th, 2020.
She is preceded in death by her husband Arthur Hickey in 1995. Loving mother to Billy Hickey of Island Pond VT, the late Terri Devlin of Plymouth MA, Mary Ann Huber of Quincy MA, and Betty Storm of Island Pond VT. Loving grandmother to Melissa Foley of Pembroke MA, Theresa Baird of Marshfield MA, the late Thomas Baird of Plymouth MA, Michael Phelan of Quincy MA, Sinead O’Brien of Island Pond VT and Paulie Devlin of Brockton MA. Loving great grandmother to Hailey and Brielle Foley of Pembroke MA.
Born in Sedalia, Missouri she raised her family in Dorchester MA. She loved her family, her close friends, and everyone else she met along the way. We’re proud of you and God bless you and keep you safe.
A memorial mass will be held at 10 am on Friday November 13th, at Blessed Mother Theresa church in Dorchester MA. (Formerly St. Margaret’s church). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Rosie’s Place in Boston MA, near and dear to both Martha and Arthur.
