Obituary

CHICOPEE – Sharon E. (Randall) Doucette, 76, a longtime resident of the Fairview section of Chicopee, was Called Safely Home on Monday, November 9, 2020. She passed into Eternal Life at Day Brook Village in Holyoke with her beloved husband, Paul by her side. She was born in Ludlow on January 31, 1944, a beloved daughter of the late Raymond W. and Ruth W. (Rowland) Randall. She was raised in Ludlow and attended the Clarke School for the Deaf in Northampton. She lived in Rockland, Massachusetts from 1980 to 1990, then moved to Chicopee where she lived for many years. She was employed at the CVS on Memorial Drive in Chicopee. She leaves her beloved husband and soul mate of 55 years, Paul Doucette. Besides her husband, she leaves her three loving children, Brenda L. Doucette and her husband, Harry Pray, of Springfield, Christopher E. Doucette and his wife, Laura, of Ludlow, and Lisabeth R. Brault and her husband, John, of Chicopee; her 11 cherished grandchildren, Jacqueline Doucette, and Ashley, Marie, Nicholas, Haley, Matthew, Emma, Nyla, Kiley, Isabella, and Camden Brault; her two cherished great granddaughters, Marley Chaves and Nina Morneau; her dear brother and sister, David Randall and Sydney Snyder, both of Granby; and her many dear nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her dear brother, Raymond Randall. Her relatives and friends are invited to attend Visiting Hours on Monday, November 16, 2020 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. which will be followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 11 a.m. at the St. Pierre – Phaneuf Fairview Chapels, (413-533-3307), 506 Britton Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. ( The parking lot is located in the rear of the funeral home). Her Burial will follow at Island Pond Cemetery, 500 Center Street, Ludlow, MA 01056, (please note that masks are required, social distancing must be observed at the funeral home and cemetery with attendance limited due to state regulations).
