Carol J. (MacIsaac) Ryba, age 92, passed away on Sunday, November 1, at Genesis Nursing Home of Milford. Raised and educated in Malden, she was the daughter of the late James and Carol (Allen) MacIsaac. Carol worked for many years in the healthcare field and lived in Medford until moving to Milford four years ago
Carol was the beloved wife of the late Joseph M. Ryba, and the devoted mother of Jeanmarie Beers and her husband James, and Joanne Duncan and her husband David, all of Bellingham, Dennis Ryba and his wife Debbie of Nashua, New Hampshire, and Allen Ryba and his wife Amy of Wakefield. She was the loving grandmother of David Duncan and his wife Caren, Alyson Duncan and her fiancé Micheil Martorano, and Anna Duncan and her Fiancé Matt Ferrara. Carol was the dear sister of the late Marjorie Ryer.
Visiting hours with social distancing protocols will be held on Thursday, November 5th from 5 through 7 PM in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 main St., Medford. Funeral services and interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent in Carol’s name to “Grace Episcopal Church – Medford”, at 160 High St., Medford, MA 02155.
