Paul S. Pignatone of Burlington, formerly of Medford, passed away on October 20. He was 68 years old. Paul was the devoted husband of Ellen M. (Walker) Pignatone. Born Boston, he was the cherished son of the late Salvatore and Concetta E. (Uccello) Pignatone.
Prior to his retirement, Paul was a Middlesex County Superior Court Police Officer, attaining the rank of sergeant. He also enjoyed welding and working with metals. Paul loved classic cars and was a member of the Lincoln Continental Club.
Paul was the devoted father of Nicole J. Sica and her husband Daniel of North Reading and Janelle A. Quintero and her husband Joshua of Wilmington. He was the adored grandfather of Nicholas and Noah Sica and Alivia and Cole Quintero. Paul was the dear brother of Richard Pignatone of Medford and loving uncle of Joseph and Peter Pignatone. Paul will be missed by his dear friends Ronnie Scioletti of Medford, John Mucci of East Boston and Nicky Angelo of NH.
His funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main Street, Medford, on Saturday, October 24 at 9AM, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford, at 10AM. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held in the funeral home, following health and safety guidelines, on Friday, October 23, from 5-7PM.

Services will conclude with burial in Pine Haven Cemetery, Burlington, MA.
