Mrs. Regina M. (Tyner) Naehle, a longtime resident of Andover and beloved wife of the late Henry E. Naehle passed away at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston on Monday, October 19, 2020. She was 88 years old.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, on December 16, 1931, she was the beloved daughter of the late John J. and Edith (Renouf) Tyner. Mrs. Naehle had been employed as a Secretary for the FBI in Boston and for the IRS in Andover. In her spare time she loved to play the piano and was a long time communicant and member of the St. Robert Bellarmine Church. She was also of member of the choir at the Church, for many years. Regina loved life and being with her family and her many dear friends. Above all, she was a very devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and sister. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Regina was the loving mother of Diane McCarthy and her husband Kevin of South Yarmouth, and Paul Naehle and his wife Michele of North Andover; brother, Michael Tyner of North Andover; grandchildren Kerrie McCarthy of West Orange, NJ, and Derek and Nicole Naehle, both of North Andover; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Anne Devin and her husband Francis X.; George Tyner; John J. Tyner, Jr. and his wife Martha; and Michael’s wife, Mary (Mungovan) Tyner of Scituate.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 198 Haggett’s Pond Road, Andover on Saturday, October 24, 2020, at 10:30 AM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Visitation will be held in the Church, prior to the Mass, from 9 to 10:30 AM. The family requests that all guests please keep condolences short, have a face cover and no physical contact. Interment will be in the West Parish Garden Cemetery in Andover. Donations in Regina’s memory may be made to St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 198 Haggett’s Pond Road, Andover, MA 01810.
