Gertrude “Trudy” (Karner) Lawrence, age 93, passed away on Tuesday October 13, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Alfred and Theresia (Weigel) Karner and wife of the late John Lawrence. She was a member of the I.L.G.W, loved taking trips to the casinos, and to Austria to visit her family.
She is survived by her children: Steven Lawrence and Jane O’Melia of Fall River, grandchildren: Robert J. O’Melia, Amy Lawrence, former daughter-in-law: Leonora Lawrence and former son-in-law Robert D. O’Melia. She was predeceased by her several brothers and sisters.
Private funeral arrangements were under the direction of Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River.
