Fall River – Durval Rebelo, age 84, passed away on Saturday October 10, 2020. Born in Sao Roque, Sao Miguel Acores, he was the son of the late Jose Martinho and Maria Boa Nova) Rebelo, and husband of the late Maria (Padeiro) Rebelo. He was a former member of the Republican Club, an avid fan of Porto. He also enjoyed tending to his grapevine, making wine and spending time with his grandkids.
He is survived by his sons: Jaime Rebelo (wife Michelle) and Raul Rebelo, grandchildren: Justin, Crystal, Sarah, Jessica, Alexi and Sebastian Rebelo and several nieces and nephews.
His funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River Friday, October 16th with extended calling hours from 8:30-9:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael’s Church at 10:00 A.M.
