Anna E. Crowell,(DeWolfe),85,of Willow Road died Friday at her home. She was the wife of the late Edward Crowell.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Robert and Harriet (Mason) DeWolfe, she lived in Harmony for 53 years before moving to Smithfield. Mrs. Howell worked for Jibco in Smithfield for 7 years retiring in 1982. She was a member of Glocester Sr. Citizens and Laurel Homemakers Assn. She is survived by her daughters, Bertha Howard of North Providence and Karen Waskiel and her husband, Stanley of Greenville; 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren; a sister, Elizabeth DeFeo of Cumberland, a brother, George DeWolfe of Rumford. She was the mother of the late Patricia Maltais and Mildred R. Plante-Parent and sister of the late William Mason, Fred and Robert DeWolfe, Helen Hyatt, Olive Morrow and Harriet Millard.
Visitation Monday 5-7 pm in the *ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville, RI. Funeral and burial is private.
